Fast, friendly and cost effective UK work permit and immigration solutions
UK Work Permit Centre is an experienced and dynamic niche practice that specialises in assisting corporate clients who wish to employ skilled overseas nationals and private clients seeking permission to work or stay in the UK. We pride ourselves in the success rate we achieve, and at all times aim to provide correct advice in clear, concise and unambiguous terms.
Fast-track Same Day Service. Registered with the Public Enquiry Office at Croydon, Work Permit Centre is able to offer its clients a fast-track same day service, thereby avoiding the long waiting time associated with most visa applications. This is particularly helpful for those wishing to change jobs under Tier 2, who may not take up their new employment until the visa is granted, or those wishing to secure their new visas before their existing visas expire. Work Permit Centre also offers a document checking service for clients who have prepared their own application but wish to have it double checked before submitting it to the UKBA.
For Highly Skilled Workers, Entrepreneurs and Investors, we manage Tier 1 applications from start to finish on a ‘No Win – No Fee’ basis. We assist existing HSMP Visa holders to either extend their visa or switch to a Tier 1 (General) visa – depending on current status. We also enable other qualifying overseas nationals working here in the UK or currently overseas to obtain or switch to a Tier 1 (General) visa. For a Free Assessment please complete and submit the HSMP/Tier 1 Free Assessment form shown opposite:
For Non-EEA students wishing to take up studies, or to continue studying in the UK, we provide clear advice on the type of student visa you require, the letter or Certificate of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) required from the UK approved education provider and the necessary money you must have in order to qualify for a Tier 4 visa. We prepare and submit your application and explain how you should provide (enrol) your biometrics.
For those in the UK approaching, or having already achieved, graduation we manage Tier 1 (post-study work) applications, either by post or same day service. We strongly advise contacting us at an early stage, and ideally at least six months before completion of studies, so that we can assist with the preparatory work and ensure that all evidence is properly compiled for a successful application. For a Free Assessment please complete and submit the Post-Study Free Assessment form shown opposite:
For Employers wishing to employ skilled workers under Tier 2 or Tier 5, it is necessary for them first to have a Sponsor Licence. Work Permit Centre, as qualified OISC Advisors, can assist them with their application for this and, once issued, can operate as their Level 1 user. For more details click on ‘Employers’ above or complete the ‘Initial Enquiry’ box opposite
For Non EEA Skilled Workers with a Certificate of Sponsorship, we prepare their application for a Grant of Leave under Tier 2. If they are applying from overseas (overseas graduates for example), or if their current visa requires them to return to their home country, we provide a full service including on-line Entry visa application, documents checking, briefing them and setting up an appointment at their local British Consulate or Embassy to have their diagnostic data taken and present their papers to the Immigration Officer.
For UK Work Permit holders, currently working here under the old rules, we can assist them and their employers to extend their stay. Please complete and submit the Individuals Free Assessment form opposite.
We may also be able to assist employers who wish to employ migrant workers that do not qualify under the points-system on a short term basis through the Business Visitor Visa arrangements. Please contact us for further information.
For Bulgarian and Romanian nationals, we can assist with their employers to apply for a Work Permit or TWES and, subsequently, apply for the individual’s Accession Worker Card.
For those seeking British Citizenship or Permanent Residence, we provide advice on how to plan the most appropriate route for them, particularly taking into account the major changes due to come into force between now and July 2011 with regards to the new earned citizenship rules. These rules will require people to choose between British citizenship or permanent residence and will include an additional time-limited period called probationary citizenship.
Currently we manage ILR applications for those who qualify on either the five or ten year rules and, for those settled for a year or more, we manage their application for British Citizenship. From 1st January 2010 we can only offer the same day service for those qualifying for ILR under the five year rules.
